Our kitchen is built around the charcoal grill — the beating heart of Turkish cooking. Lamb, chicken and seafood are marinated slowly and cooked over glowing embers.
Alongside it, a table of handcrafted meze and warm bread from the oven, made to be shared — everything prepared in-house.
